Fee includes bus ride to and from trip, trip admission price and activities. Participants should
provide their own lunch (unless provided at location/will be noted on calendar), juice, snack,
water, sunscreen and any additional spending money for trips. Please note there will be no
refrigeration available for lunches. Some venues do not allow outside food and do not accept
cash. It is the participants’ responsibility to have a credit/debit card to purchase food and/or
cash that can be used to purchase a gift card at the venue. Participants are responsible for all
cash, credit/debit cards, and gift cards.
- Checks should be made payable to Treasurer Town of Wallingford.
- PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED DUE TO WEATHER AND CHANGE OF SCHEDULE. IF OUTDOOR PROGRAM CHANGES TO INDOOR GYM GAMES, ALTERNATIVE TRIP LOCATION etc.
- We do not register on a day to day basis, must register for entire program.

Monday, June 30 through Thursday, August 7, 2025 Summer Sizzlers to be BACK this year!! Are you looking for
an exciting way to spend your summer vacation? The always
popular
Summer Sizzlers Registration will begin on Monday March 10, 2025. This very popular program is a hit every
year for all participants ages 12 – 15 years!
DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING POPULARITY OF THIS PROGRAM, PARTICIPANTS ARE TO BE THE APPROPRIATE AGE BY THE END OF THE PROGRAM. PROGRAM IS MAXED AT 135 PARTICIPANTS.
Participants will go on daily trips Monday – Thursday.
We strongly recommend you register early! You must come with a copy of your
child’s birth certificate unless you have previously been registered for this program.
Consideration will be given to non-residents beginning May 1st (Space Permitting).
Fee covers transportation and admission to all locations. Potential trips: Baseball Games,
Farmington Tubing, Boston Harbor Cruises, Six Flags, Empower Leadership, White
Water Rafting and MORE!
Registration for residents will begin Monday, March 10th at 9:00 am.
Non-residents will be able to register beginning May 1st.
Fee: $800 on March 10th only
$900 starting March 11th $925 non-resident
