6000.401 DIAPER DARLING DANCE CLASS • AGES 18MO. – 3 YEARS
Diaper Darlings is an introductory dance class for your young
toddler. The children will begin to explore movement, balance
and begin to develop listening skills with instructional music and
songs. This class is a great way to introduce your child to the love
of dance! Parent participation is required.
Instructor: Amy Malone
Dates: Tuesdays, September 23rd – November 25th (no class 11/4, 11/11) for 8 weeks
Time: 4:15pm - 4:45pm

6000.403 BALLET & TAP COMBINATION DANCE CLASSES • AGES 3-4
This class is an introduction to both Ballet and Tap dance.
Children will begin to learn the fundamentals of both subjects, in
a structured setting, such as marching in line, making circles and
listening to specific instruction. Several fun activities including
creative movement will be explored, while also having the
opportunity to interact with their classmates!

Dates: Tuesdays, September 23rd – November 25th (no class 11/4, 11/11) for 8 weeks
Time: 4:45pm - 5:45pm

6000.406 BALLET & TAP COMBINATION CLASSES AGES 5-6
In this class the children will expand their education through an
age appropriate curriculum. Participants will begin to learn the
proper vocabulary and definitions of both ballet and tap steps, as
well as be introduced to music interpretation.

Dates: Tuesdays, September 23rd – November 25th (no class 11/4, 11/11) for 8 weeks
Time: 5:45pm - 6:45pm

Class Descriptions
  • Dance Program Ages 3-4:This first year pre school dance program is designed for 3 - 4 year old children as an introduction to the fundamentals of tap and ballet. The children will learn how to do the basic steps of dance as well as learn basic definitions of positions and techniques.
  • Dance Program Ages 5-6:This second year pre-school dance program will continue to add to the introduction of Tap and Ballet for 4 - 5 year olds. The children will expand on their basic knowledge of tap and ballet steps, integrating definitions, positions and techniques.
